At the end of October, the moment had finally arrived: the KUHN DRIVERS CLUB (KDC) was officially founded! On Friday, October 25, 2024, KUHN Schweiz AG celebrated this special occasion with its first machinists’ party at the Lommis (CH) branch.
Party and official launch
The Kuhn branch workshop was transformed into a party venue. Visitors enjoyed grilled specialties and cool drinks while Eastern Swiss DJ Piccolo set the mood with his music.
Around 9 p.m., the evening reached its highlight: the volume was turned up, the fog machine started, and the intro video for the KDC foundation played. Then, Ruedi Sandmeier, Managing Director of KUHN Schweiz AG, took the stage to present the KUHN DRIVERS CLUB concept.

Sandmeier promised an exciting future: “We have big plans and great ideas waiting to be realized.”
A first taste
Visitors immediately got a sense of what the KDC will be like. “Cool logo, great concept,” said Tinu, a machinist who signed up on the spot.
By joining the KUHN DRIVERS CLUB, members receive a Starter Pack in the official KDC design.
